The lounge
The lounge has comfortable seating, an air conditioning/heating unit as well as a ceiling fan. Included in the rental is a fast internet connection with wi-fi, a smart TV with limited satellite channels in English, Spanish speaking channels and movies via the Movistar+ app and the opportunity to log on to Amazon Video, Netflix or YouTube using your own account details. There is also a DVD/CD player and a small selection of DVD's and CD's, stored in the TV unit, that you may use.
The dining room
The dining room is off the lounge and has a spacious table with 4 chairs and also has a ceiling fan. There is a good range of cutlery, crockery and glasses stored in the dining room and kitchen.
The bedroom
The top floor layout is typically Spanish with a room adjoining the bedroom. The bedroom is spacious with ample wardrobe and storage space, ceiling fan and air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has a small balcony, which is great for watching the various processions which pass by the house.
Outside space
The rooftop terrace is ideal for outdoor eating and chilling out at night or just sit back and watch the beautiful sunsets over the rooftops. It has an outdoor table with 4 chairs and a Weber BBQ, perfect for cooking some of the fantastic produce available in the local shops.
The kitchen
The kitchen is small but well-equipped and functional with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle as well as a separate a beer/wine fridge. There is a wide range of utensils, cutlery and crockery.
The bathrooms
The main bathroom on the first floor has a modern walk-in shower and also a utility area equipped with a washing machine. The second toilet with walk-in shower is on the stairway leading to the terrace.
What's included?'
You’ll have the use of the entire house and roof top terrace with all bedding and towels provided. The house will be cleaned in preparation for your visit and you'll be met at one of the local hotels by our representative who will take you to the property.
The house has quite a lot of stairs both inside and outside and as a result it may not be suitable for young children.
There is no private parking at the house but plenty of on street parking. Just watch out for parking restrictions during procession time!
